I work in the IT field at a hospital and had a tattoo on my left arm, down by my wrist that I wanted removed. I went to Advanced Cosmetic Surgery to have the procedure done. I am very happy with the results so far. I will not lie to you it does hurt more to have it removed than to have the tattoo done originally. I can tell you they are wonderful, they injected lidocane in my arm around the tattoo b/c it was small enough so I barely felt any pain at all. I do not feel there are any cons to having this done. The outcome so far is wonderful! The tattoo is almost gone after 3 treatments, all I have left now is spot treatments. I am uploading photos of the tattoo after it has been healed for three weeks, I go every fourth week to have the laser treatment. I would highly recommend Advanced Cosmetic Surgery for this procedure and many others. more

I would just like to say that in 2001 or 2002 I went to see Dr McFadden about a tummy tuck well every thing went fine, so as I turn 50 what better way to celebrate than to have a breast lift and a little lipo, so I give Dr. McFadden a call in no time iI had an app. as I arrive at this new location its a great place the office staff was great, there is coffee, soft drinks small talk with the staff 10 to 15 minute wait and I was back with the Dr. I explained to him what I wanted and he went over what would have to be done and how long the recovery would take. He did not walk out of that room until I had all of my questions answered. I was then sent over to financial and we went over the cost payment plans or 1 payment. This was the easiest procedure I have ever had done more

Dr. McFadden and his team are knowledgeable, skilled and very friendly. They also do advanced skin care, makeup, permanent makeup, and lazer skin treatments. Great overall experience! more

I am a 37 year old female with two teenagers and noticed lines between my brows and crows feet over 2 years ago. It began to bother me b/c even when I was looking straight ahead or when I woke up I had deep indention's in between my brows. had Botox to correct/stop lines around my eyes (crowfeet) and in between my brows. I have now done this 5 times over the last year and a half, I go about every 3 to 4 months. I love it b/c it is not immediately noticeable, it slowly stops the lines in between my brows and lines by my eyes over 3-4 days. They offer Botox coupons where you get money off depending on the amount of Botox given, the minimum is $20.00 given to your account and they keep up with this, they also have a various amount of specials run monthly. I have no cons at all and would recommend Dr. McFadden from Advanced Cosmetic Surgery and his staff to anyone who asks or I tell about them.\r \r \r Dr. McFadden has a wonderful personality, he is very easy to talk to and the best thing about him is that he does not try to sell you something you do not need.\r more

I had no problem getting my appointments schedualed for the times I wanted. Dr. Mcfadden was very through and honest with me about what I need and didn't need done. I never felt like he was jsut trying to make money off me. He actually talked me out of breast implants. I had tummy tuck and lipo of sides and leggs. My sergery went smooth and turned out GREAT! my scar is a little higher than I had hoped, but it truely look AWSOME! I have to spots in my legs that I am not happy with, but he is gonna fix it soon. I was hoping he would do it for free, but he is charging me a small fee. I would recomend Dr McFadden to anyone. He also did a face lift for my uncle and it looks GREAT as well!! The nurses and other staff are so friendly and knowledgeable! more

I am confident that you won't need to go anywhere else. Not sure how these ratings are calculated if I'm the first to review and he already had an existing rating-sounds fishy... Pros: Very kind, friendly staff Cons: Sometimes gets behind, but usually not too bad. I know I'll get my fair share when it's my turn. more
