We were 100% happy with the service 6/2/2011

We were 100% happy with the service. The owner spent a lot of time showing us the facility, and we loved being able to watch our little ones playing outside. The all-inclusive rate was a little high, but not significantly more than we are used to spending at a facility where all services other than the room (a crate, actually) was over and above the daily rate. We liked the fact that someone was there at night. We will definitely go back. more

The staff loves dogs and it shows 5/16/2011

I leave my dog for day care 2-3 days per week at Pet Resort. My dog literally pulls me through the door to get in there to play. The staff loves dogs and it shows! I would highly recommend this place to anyone. And it is the cleanest place around - my dog never smells after going there. more

the owners LOVE dogs 5/4/2011

I have been taking my pup herefor a while, and I conducted extensive research on all sorts of different places. This was the only one I felt confident leaving her at. It's wonderfully clean, the owners LOVE dogs, and I can watch her play while at work. I will never take my surrogate child with four legs anywhere else. more

Pet Ritz cared 4/28/2011

We have boarded our dog three times with Pet Ritz. On her first visit, a puppy got too playful and scratched our dog's eye. She was immediately taken to a vet who treated the scratch. It was so minor, had it happened at home, I would not have taken our dog to the vet! But Pet Ritz cared enough to make sure she was fine. (She was.) more

Pet Ritz Dallas. 4/26/2011

I never board my dogs (Lab and Golden Ret) and did alot of research on where to keep them. I left them for 3 days and I've never seen them happier! When we picked them up and they were well feed (our lab gets scared and nervous very easily), happy and seemed to love the place. The owners are so sweet, they truly care about your dog. they even got ice cream cones after their second outside playtime. When I need to board them again I will defintely take my dogs to Pet Ritz Dallas. more

My dogs love it there 4/19/2011

I own a dog kennel/Daycare business in Chicago and was very thorough in my choice for a place for my dogs when I moved to Dallas. After much research, i decided to give Dallas Pet Resort a try. I could not be any happier with the results. My dogs love it there, and I have boarded them and done daycare. The facilities are top notch, you can actually view the boarding runs and see the cleanliness. My dogs literally drag the owner in the back to play when they get there, and they love the girls who watch over them. I highly recommend the place! more

can't imagine a better place to leave spot 4/14/2011

they still have flat panel TVs that play animal planet during the day and classical music at night to keep the pets entertained in between play and nap times. I can't imagine a better place to leave spot for a day or a weekend! more

this place is top notch 4/11/2011

I took the tour of this place, more than once, and couldn't be more impressed by the infrastructure of this place. From complicated ventilation systems allowing the air throughout the place to be completely pushed out and recirculated in a matter of minutes (in case of an airborne illness) to the padded floors and "grass" play areas that allow for drainage below the foundation, this place is top notch. more
