I called and asked Travis about qualifying for a VA loan after putting a VA loan home in a Chapter 7. He called me back and said that I no longer qualify for a new VA loan mortgage since I lost one home which was a VA. I told him what happened and gave him my info. He said no way and that I do not qualify. I then went to Republic Mortgage.They approved my loan and we are now buying a new home with a new VA loan. They need to learn all aspects about VA loans before telling a new prospective customer that they do not qualify. Republic Mortgage rocks!
