They provide terrible customer service. The Tyler office manager is extremely rude and it carries over on the employees. I have never been talked to by a office manager so rudely as she was. She made me feel like I was the problem. She has control over their office and is now her rude demeanor is reflecting back on the company. I will never step foot through their doors again!!!!
