The sales people at this shop are rude...., VERY RUDE.. I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone. Today we had the worst experience talking to their Salesperson. They do have a good selection of furniture. \r \r Mr. Jason should really consider hiring salesman who are good with customers. At the end it is the experience that counts. Today, I was about to make the purchase. But I chose roomstogo over Jason's just because of the worst experience we had talking to their salesperson.\r \r I would not recommend this place. more

been shopping @ jasons for years and without a doubt they have the best selection for the lowest prices in greenville. can't believe the review from ben j-sounds like they were the problem-not jasons. NEVER been treated with anything but kindness and respect from the time i walk in the door to the time i leave...just bought a stearns and foster mattress yesterday for $499 that i couldn't find anywhere else(even online)for less than $1299. i definitely recommend this store more

Best furniture shopping experience ever! My wife and I wanted a new bedroom set and a co-worker had recommended this place. We had previously been to Ashley Furniture and then to Jason's. They had the same set we wanted $700 dollars cheaper! Great furniture wonderful laid back atmosphere non commissioned salesmen, all around a pleasant experience. Will go back for more. more

Worst experience I have ever had, salesperson was rude, arrogant and not helpful at all. Needed to furnish a new condo and was treated in the worst way. Will never go back!!! more

Jason's Oak Furniture sold us a bedroom set for over $5000.00\r \r We PAID IN FULL and simply asked them to hold the furniture while we built our house.\r \r We called them several times and asked them if it was a problem if they held a longer, because we weren't finished yet. ""No problem"", they said, ""they had a big warehouse.""\r \r When they closed their store in Asheville North Carolina. We went to their store in Greenville South Carolina, only to be told that the furniture was sold,\r \r They said that they were to order more and I thought ""no problem! That is great!""\r \r We got down to brass tacks, they said that they were going to charge is 10% more for the new model!\r \r We shouldn't pay more for the new model, when they sold our furniture without asking us!\r \r They finally agreed to give us our money back but now it was good cost 15% restocking fee; $772.35 . It was not restocked. It was sold! We never asked them to restock it or sell it.\r \r This whole thing was costing us money no matter which way we went. According to an attorney we spoke to in South Carolina, this was against the law, but it would cost more to pursue it that it was worth.\r \r This is quite a contrast to how we were treated by both Mattress Man in Asheville North Carolina (see the review I posted on them) or by Sears. Both of them mistakenly sold items that they were holding for us.\r \r Both of the other companies not only gave us full credit against you items, they both gave us better than new, better than what we paid for and neither one penalized us!\r \r Jason's Oak Furniture could learn something from Sears and Mattress Man about how to treat a customer.\r \r We bought no less than 18 different items from Jason's Oak Furniture over the years. We have been very loyal customers now they treat us like dirt!\r \r The owner, Jason Tharp, and his father, Doug Tharp were absolutely no help, and didn't give me the time of day. Ryan Wilterding may have had them hoodwinked because he told the biggest pack of lies I have ever seen in his reply to the BBB. No doubt he told Jason about the same things.\r \r Can you understand why they only get one star? One star was too much...\r \r This big give us the opportunity to buy an absolutely fabulous bedroom set, from Havertys. Jason is a true gentleman without any dectectable arrogance. His store is packed full of oak furniture from a simple chair to fully assembled king size bedroom sets. Most all of the furniture is beautiful strong and practable. He has more than oak, but oak is my favorite.\r \r Jason will ""dicker or negotiate on price"" if that suits you. \r All of the prices are fair. He runs a good solid bussiness and there are always many customers. That speaks for itself. Have you ever been to a resturant with no customers?\r \r If you desire good quality with good prices, then go visit Jason's Furniture. I can not say enough good things about Jason's Furniture, Go Visit and You too will agree it is well worth your time and gas.\r \r Russell H. more
