Key Lime Pie Salon and Wellness Spa

They seemed overly busy the day I went in, which was weird because there didn't seem to be too many people milling around. It was just an overall atmosphere. Loved the massage...the therapist I had was very skilled, and my friend (who also had a massage) said her therapist was very gentle and caring with her needs. I would definitely go again for a massage, but I would hope that they would seem more relaxed and unhurried through their services. more

i've been there a couple of time and absolutely loved it. they have an amazing design of their hair studio (haven't visited the spa yet) and all of the employees are very friendly and profesional. i highly recommend this salon more

I love Key Lime Pie Spa. Their wide variety of services offer something for everyone and several different services than you can find at other area spas. The huge tub offers some relaxing treatments, the massages are great and I've enjoyed the facials. As soon as you enter you are given some sandals and a plush robe. Be sure to try the hot tea. Complimentary steam room is great to try before or after your treatment. more

After going to KLP for the past yr, I've had 3 colorists & have been lied to each time. I wasn't even told that they left until my appt- was given random staff. First 2 times I let it slide. I'll never go back due to the terrible cust svc. The last colorist ruined my hair w/ bright colored stain. At my following "color correction" appt, I was greeted by another new colorist. Still paid full price & they didn't fix my hair. Have staffing issues, but don't lie. Make mistakes, but have the decency to ensure something is done to fix them, whether that colorist is still there or not. Owner has poor mgmt & cust svc skills - will new cust's just keep coming in reglardless of svc? Sorry, not the kind of place I want to give my $. Good luck with this kind of business model! more
