Overall, the best 12/22/2010

At this point in time work in our home is not completed yet, half of it is and we are happy with that part so far. The plumber who is doing the work is very nice and so far we'd certainly use Deer Valley Plumbing again. It is also nice that they make email contact to find out if you are happy with work being done. We've never had another company that cared after the work was done but Deer Valley Plumbing has been very helpful. While waiting for the work to be done, it would be nice to be updated on the progress when it's necessary for plumber to find parts needed so we know what to expect in terms of waiting time for job to be done. more

Amazing 12/22/2010

I had called 3 other plumbing companies and wasted my time. I should have called Deer Valley Plumbing first. The previous plumbers charged a trip charge, it would be waived if I allowed them to work in my home (what's that about?) They said there One Price System saves me money. To me, it made them money. They all said the job would be done for over $1000, depending on what else they found or needed, like backfilling a hole they dug. Deer Valley arrived, diagnosed the problem and fixed it properly. The total was just over $200.00. Now, that saves me money! Just saying you'll save money does not mean you will save money. The tech was knowledgable, helpfull and respected my property. I'll only call Deer Valley Plumbing from now on. more

From my first call with the receptionist to my service call with the technician I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. Repaired our toilet Our ladies bathroom was broken,and we had them replace our toilet. The service tech Tim was nice and Lori from the office was able to help us right away. Nice to know DVP is always available to help. more

Satisfaction is Always Relieving Deer Valley Plumbing has once again exceeded my expectations. I had them replace my garbage disposal and two of my toilets, and I got a great price out of it! $229 dollars is their monthly special right now for some low flow toilets - and they work great. Last month was their garbage disposals and I got a great deal then too! Not only was the service superb, but the deals and customer service is unbeatable. more

Awesome service and fair pricing -- we'. We had our water heater go out, and got awesome service from Deer Valley Plumbing. Tony answered all our questions; and Don, the technician, was very professional and thorough. We were given a fair and accurate price range up front; while others we called were not willing to do this. We will certainly use them for any of our other plumbing needs!!!? more

Great service I own several rentals in the valley. Deer Valley Plumbing takes care of all homes. I can depend on them to show up on time, fix the problem at a fair price, respect my property, explain and answer all questions.They are not pushy to sell items you don't need. They are always polite to my tenants and follow up with a phone call to me. They even sent me a $20 dollar off more

Excellent Service ?? I recently contacted Deer Valley Plumbing Company, who was highly recommended to me, to arrange for two low-flow toilets to be installed, and a garbage disposal. On short notice, they scheduled a rush job with "next day" service for the installations to be completed the day before my daughter's 50th Birthday party. The office personnel were very professional, understanding,and personable. The representative was very pleasant, efficient, and did a great job. I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable rates for the job. I highly recommend Deer Valley Plumbing for any plumbing needs.? more

Professional Help along with Quality Service? I'm the manager for a local sonic, and I was pleased to have Deer Valley Plumbing work on our urinal. Don (their service technician) cleaned out the drain, and recommended replacing it and also having our drains jetted. There was no pressure at all for any sales just plain advice from a proffessional. He was was very thorough, funny, polite and professional. Thanks Andy - excellent cust service skills and an enjoy to work with. more
