Al Gaffney is a superb Service Advisor. I feel that his first concern is always for me and what is best for my car. He is without a doubt the best Service Advisor I have ever dealt with in the 45 years I have been driving. I have total confidence whenever I bring my car into him. A note that I have two, soon to be classic, Chevrolets a Corvette and a Camaro that I only entrust to him and no one else. Thanks more

I was very impressed with the quality of work 1/4/2011

I was very impressed with the quality of work and time that it took the salesman to do everything possible to get me into my new cobalt. I said it couldn't happen and the salesman kept telling me to have faith because he knew he could get me into the car. Josh worked all day with non stop dealings to get me into the car. When Josh told me to go ring the bell because I had got the car I couldn't believe that he had been able to get me the car. He has stayed in touch with me to make sure that everything has been ok with the car and find out if I have been satisfied with the car. Josh did a great job. I thank him very much for all of his hard work and time he took to get me in my new car.I would recommend him and your business to all of my friends and family more

Wanted to say thanks 11/16/2010

Dragon was, as he always is, professional and knowledgable. I brought in the van for an oil change and they inspected the vehicle discovering the transmission was having issues. I would have never noticed that on my own. The van is under warranty and he made sure the whole thing was handled by the warranty company and made it effortless for me. Wanted to say thanks more

The staff was very friendly but not pushy. I felt they went out of thier way to make sure they accommodated our needs. I would recommend this dealership and would definitely buy another vehicle from them more

Great customer service 8/4/2010

My service advisor is Hugh Abbott. He always makes sure my needs are met or questions answered. I know that if I call him, my problem will be resolved shortly! He makes you feel like you are the only customer he has to deal with dispite the number of cars that I see when I pull in for service. I have dealt with other advisors and they are just as courteous! You are always asked if you have been helped within minutes of your arrival. Thanks for great Customer Service. more

Ms. Dulcinea Ortega was great to work with and kept me informed. I appriecated her taking me home after droping off my pick up and having me picked up after work was done. I also thank her for arranging to have oil changed and Zatax Treatment done while the vechile was in shop. more
