After purchasing a Molly Maid groupon, I called to book an appointment and was told the owner would call me back when he got in. I called him back several days later and was told by him that he had been sick. OK, I understood. We spoke about my house and I purchased another hour on the phone and booked an appointment. Two females came in and I told them what I wanted done. (if they did not understand or was confused they should have said something to me) I wanted them to vacuum upstairs, mop ALL floors, dusting and cleaning bathroom windows. I left while they cleaned and when I came home the vacuuming was done, bathroom windows were cleaned, dusting was half done. My dining room table had not been dusted nor the tables in the living area. I checked under a table and the wood floor still had dust on it. The bathroom floors had not been swept or mopped. I did tell them they did not have to clean the bathrooms, but I did tell them to sweep and mop them! They had two hours and the cleaning crew that used to come in had no problem cleaning the entire house in that amount of time. They did not manage their time well with what they did and said they did when they did not! I called the owner and all I got was excuses! He said I should have left a list for them. I was not told to leave a list. I told them face to face what to do. He also said they do not use polish when they dust, but they tell you they supply all cleaning products and that I should have told them to use polish. As the customer, I was being blamed for their terrible job. I finally got so fed up with excuses that I told him never mind, it's ok and you have a good day before I hung up!!!! Don't waste your money on this company with their terrible customer service!
