Nationwide Auto Finance

Terrible customer service... Unlike most, my car hasn't died yet thankfully... But I've tried to call these guys 15 times over Friday, Saturday, and today. Not once did anyone pick up. And these weren't calls within minutes of each other. I waiting at least an hour between each. And when they did pick up in the past, they are very, very rude. The people talk to you like you're ruining their day and like they're too good for you. more

What would i do without Nationwide? Before i went to Nationwide i was stuck with vehicles that were not very Dependable. The First Vehicle i purchased from Nationwide was a 1995 Suburban me and my family went on many trips and Never have i experienced any breaksdowns or Major problems. Since then I've purchased 7 other vehicles (ALL of them dependable) and i was able to resale all of them for a good prices to get something better. i am very pleased with this company and reccomend anyone that's looking to buy a nice used Vehicle to give Nationwide a call. Nationwide puts Their sticker on every one of there Vehicles. No one puts there name on something that would breakdown more

STAY AWAY from NATIONWIDE AUTO FINANCE 2121 WOODVILLE RD!!!! I bought my car August 23. Two days later the fuel pump died, I fixed it with no help from them. September 17 They repo d my car for lack of insurance. I test drove the car with manager Mo IN the car and gave him a copy of my STATE ID (cause I have no license). They require full coverage insurance that you CAN T get without a license ( I did not know that). I told Mo I just wanted my money back they can keep the car. Mo told me he d put the car in someone elses name free of charge. I asked to speak to the manager, the supervisor, and the owner I got none just Mo. I asked for the owners # or e-mail he would not give it to me. When I was finally able to get my car back the window was broke and the inside of my car was soaking wet, they said they vacuumed it. Mo then told me bring him the receipt and he will take the cost off the end total. So now I have to pay $200 to fix the window regulator and still give them $200 for my payment. If you aren t already trapped by them RUN!!!!! more

In my book, NATIONWIDE is #1......I have purchased 13 autos from Al and his team in past years. My very first was when he had a small lot on Navarre and Oak. Outside of regular matinance and upkeep, i have never had any major issues with any of the vehicals i have purchased from Nationwide. more

I was very skeptical of buying an automobile from a buy here pay here place but my next door neighbor has bought a car from Nationwide auto and others that I knew so I tried them out. After looking online at their selection and then driving to their sales lot I was able to test drive the vehicles that I was interested in. The sales people were nice and allowed me to do my car shopping without all the hassle and constantly breathing down my back. I purchased a vehicle with no hassle and was even told about warranty programs in case something occurs with the vehicle and they are priced pretty reasonably. They also told me of any issues with the vehicle and fortunately the vehicle that I bought was a great running vehicle. My first hand experience with them was top notch and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great car at great prices and with no hassles whatsoever. more

I had bought a car there and the car broke down constantly. I had to pay for all the repairs and payments or I faced repossession. When I talked to the salesman about the car he told me I should have bought the warranty, so it is my fault that I have to pay for all the repairs. I wish they could have worked with me better since they transmission went out only 2 weeks after I bought the car. When I purchased my vehicle the entire staff said they had the best cars on Woodville rd and the rest of the street's cars were junk, boy was I fooled!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

I went there with my wife and kids and got a great deal. They were straight up about each car i asked about and didnt waste my time. Got a good car for a low price. My family and I are happy. more

So i went there to buy a car. In the mist of me saying i want this one, the salesman had to tell me that it needed a new battery. In which they did that for me, also it needed a new fuel filter. However i still wanted it so they said if i get it put on and bring in the reciept they would take it off my balance. Now what sales man would tell you upfront that something was wrong. And they took it off the balance for me. They were just great and honest people. Go there !!!!! more

I had an excellent experience with these guys this past weekend. They were real down to earth kind of ppl. I had a good time test driving and looking at the cars with the salesmen. They didnt get impatient or rush me , and because of that i got a 2008 with low mileage and low monthly payment. So i do recommend you go check them out. more

Ive been to several of these buy here pay here places and all of them were just rude, money hungry , pain in my butt ppl. When finally i went to these guys. Very patient , respectful ppl. I saw several i wanted and they bared with me so i could test drive each one of them. They got me in the one i wanted and for a darn good price. Very grateful! ive bought 3 was going on 4 cars from big al been a loyal customer for over ten years the last time i got ba car from there was nothing but junk and was treated like a peice of dirt the motor blew and they was told before it happened and i ended up with no car and out of about 2000 didnt even have the car a month its crazy my neighbor ida got acar from them recently and it was junk so they gave her a different car oh and by t5he way she mentioned she has a cosin or uncle that works there wow u have to be some type of family to get good customer service and also its funny what reveiws are on this site a lot of people arent happy with them sighned soooooo dissatissfied customer be where keep going down the street got me a good car thanks to people that know im a true customer more

I looked at a car on their website, it looked good so I went to check it out. I waited for over 20 minutes to have anyone talk to me. They simply told me ""the car is open."" Not impressed. I looked closer and saw the tell tale signs that the car had been repainted, the dash had been dyed and was peeling, and there was a lot of other things that did not add up. The sales staff continued to pressure me to put money down and I wanted nothing to do with that vehicle. They were also not forthcoming with any info as to why the car was in that condition. I'd recommend not buying here. more

first i would like to start by i loveeeee your radio commercials hahaha man each time you come up with something its daaaaa sh*ttt haha, second i came down to nationwide and old guy named Al helped me dude he was so f*cking funny and got me in a nice chevy impala 2006 super clean!! i will be back to nationwide, i saw there new lot they are opining it is the sh*t filled with cars stacked up you can't tell what to get something for every man out there, thank u again and good luck more

I came down to woodville road to buy a car cause i heard the advertisement on the radio, there was a whole bunch of car lots so i started checking around, most of the dealerships were rude until i stopped in nationwide which is the place that is advertising on the radio, i was so happy man, the sales man made me laugh gave me a good deal and offered me a free warranty on my car, hands up for nationwide, amazing place! more

This is my 3rd car that i have purchased from nationwide auto finance the first 2 cars that i purchased from nationwide the cars were both involved in accidents. The 3rd car that i purchased they helped me out i didn't have a big down payment but they put me in a nice car. Some people don't understand that the cars are as is and that the salesmen will help if something is going on with the car. Also the payments are very low and i can afford them and you don""t get charged any interest. And you only pay on the car for only up 2 years. so all the other people that are talkin crap they probly didnt even give them a chance to help them out. Pros: Awesome service with NO INTEREST! more

This businees preys on those with bad credit and then deliivers a car that gets you home and that's as far as it gets you!!! I purchased a car from them and they claimed it was the battery, put a new battery in and to only learn that it would cost me $1551 to fix the computer in the car because of course the warranty they offered me at $42.59 per month doesn't cover any part of what needed fixed! Now i have a car that is locked in park, that i put $2000 down, on sitting in front of my house! The only thing Mannie could tell me was to figure out what i wanted to do because he would ONLY charge me $700 to fix it...after reading the reviews i realized that the mechanics are no better than the salesman that sold it to me!!! So i am writing this review in hopes of stopping someone else from making the same mistake that i did! My advice is to never pull into that lot located at 1506 Woodville Rd. If you need a car that bad i'm sure there has to be an honest buy here pay here dealer out there! Never once have i wrote a review on a company but this is one crooked business. I also have contacted the BBB in hopes of giving this business what they deserve and that's shut down! Pros: nothing Cons: everything more

I enquired about a vehicle that was listed online for 5200. Got a call within 2 hrs. gave credit info which is not good.. but I went there because of the gauranteed financing.. Got a call shortly thereafter was told I would need 1400 down and i would have $200 a month payments for 4 yrs (originally told $212) this 5200 car would be over 11,000 final cost ...financing only $3800.. Pros: fast response Cons: 24% - 28% interest rate more

I purchased an suv from them and not even an hour later, the car broke down. I was left stranded while they gave me the run around over the phone claiming to not be able to find my salesman when there is only two that work at the woodville location. my salesman was manny Vallejo. so think twice before buying a car from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
