Ourisman Honda in Bethesda

I love Ourisman Honda and there service dept. was just amazing. they got me in and out, and there service is very professional. I want to thank my friend Raffi for recomending me to go there. Thankyou Ourisman honda for being an Honest and reliable dealership. All of these other reviews are FAKE, dont pay attention to them. they are the best and if they werent , why would they still be in buinsess. Dishonest will be a nice way to explain the sales people of Ourisman Honda in Bethesda. Trying to sell me a car that they got in a trade-in (Honda Civic 2008 LX with 35000 miles, Trade-in Value at the time of writing 10900) for almost 15000, as is. Not certified, not even washed. And was telling me that the price may go up depending on how much the manager, Sergio, is going to spend on to get it cleaned and serviced and inspected. Next day, Clint Rivas comes back to me and tells me that 13900 + taxes is the best he can do for the car. Funny thing, i went to their website and they were offering the same car for 13386. When I email them back with that info, Clint's reply was, "Sorry I didnt know that it was posted over there for that price." Uh, yeah, thats right. All I know is that this was my first and last trip to Ourisman. I will never buy or even consider buying a car from these dishonest folks. If you decide to buy a used car from these looters, i will suggest do your research before you go in or you will end up paying way more than the car is actually worth. more

Recently bought a HONDA vehicle from this dealer. Very disappointing. Many promises and lies.. never kept them. NOT recommended. Please go to other dealers in VA. more

Anyone who is considering purchasing a vehicle from Ourisman, please research. The many, many negative reviews posted all over the internet are true. Believe me, they are true. Visit Ourisman only if you want to pay the most, receive the least for your trade, and be taken to the cleaners in the finance office. If, on the other hand, you want a fair deal from an honest dealer visit Criswell, Hersons, or Sport. You will be very happy you did. Oh, and don't bother with College Park Honda, they are about as bad as Ourisman. more

I received price quotes through Edmunds starting on January 9. I ultimately bought a Honda Accord on January 23. One of the dealers I received a quote from was Ourisman Honda in Bethesda, Maryland. Diego sent me a quote, and then sent another email saying they would match other dealer offers and beat them by "up to $500". I made the mistake of trying to buy from Ourisman's because they were the closest dealer. Ourisman used high-pressure tactics to get me to go to the dealership, and when I got there, they refused to match the two other quotes I received, which were both about $700 less than Ourisman's quote. In fact, Ourisman wouldn't even sell me the car for the price they had offered by email! They said all of their cars had $750 in additional options - wheel locks and door guards, nothing worth $750. This despite the fact that I had identified the exact model and options I wanted and they had quoted me a price. Diego passed me off to Tony, his manager, who said the offer to beat other dealers by "up to $500" was "just a sales gimmick." Instead of falling for Ourisman's dishonest sales tactics, I bought the car I wanted at Herson's Honda for the price they had offered by email (and that Ourisman was unwilling to match). We are very happy with the car we bought. I would give Ourisman zero stars, but this site requires 1 through 5. more

This place is DEFINITELY to be avoided!! We even had a head manger tell us once (after owning our Hondas for THREE years) that since we knew an Ourisman VIP, "NOW we're going to treat you right!". HA!! That sure didn't happen. Now we're going to Hersons Honda in Gaithersburg - they have a MUCH better reputation & BBB ranking! more

In less then two weeks of owning our brand new 2008 Honda Odyssey minivan, it (a) was taken back twice to Ourisman Honda for the continuous leaking of Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF), (b) had a remote starter system installed and then removed due to Ourisman’s installation of a clearly incompatible aftermarket product, and (c) was brought into Hersons Honda for a thorough re-inspection because of our lack of faith in Ourisman Honda’s service. After 6 days worth of “repairs” at Ourisman’s service department, Hersons came to the conclusion within a few hours that the Odyssey’s transmission issues were *not* fixed, and that the van in fact had major transmission damage (bear in mind, this was a van with well under 200 miles on it). All told, in less then two weeks of ownership, the Odyssey was in for service seven days. After much despair, countless phone calls and letters, and all the aforementioned service visits, Ourisman very grudgingly agreed to replace the van, but only after Hersons Honda and Honda of America also became actively involved in our case. A day after we took possession of the *new* van, we discovered a dent which had either been missed, or just went undisclosed, by Ourisman Honda. Seriously - this is the abridged version. Trust me when I say, buy your next vehicle from anywhere else - these people are grossly incompetent and deceiptful. Now fast forward more then two months, and BOTH VINs are still on file in our name at the Maryland MVA. So we're pretty concerned that legal issues may arise for us if the original van is used in a crime, receives parking tickets, etc. Seriously, I cannot stress it enough - STAY AWAY, FAR FAR AWAY. more

We've been taking our Hondas to Ourisman for years and have consistently had excellent service. We buy our new Hondas from them because they are so great. Highly recommended! more

Didn't buy one from them. Only picked one up Dec 2005 for a test drive thinking I might find one that matches my taste. Liked white acura. Representatives were friendly, but they were a little aggressive (instead of persuasive). Gave me an impression that he was staring into my pocket. I even talked to a manager. He was very persuasive. But I passed finally. Went to Rockville. more

This honda dealership has a good number of new and pre-owned vehicles on their inventory. I was looking for pre-owned and I was impressed. They always have a good list of Accord,Civic Odyssey, Accura available. This dealership is really different because they do not Increase the price and label it. They have a price which very well goes with Kellys blue book value. So they are not ready for bargains like other dealershiip. I think they are fair and they also have a internet special which can be found on their website. more

because I've never been to another Honda dealer. We bought an Odyssey from them in 1999. At the time, Odysseys were insanely rare, but Ourisman managed to find us one. They do service and repairs as well, and both of these are of satisfactory quality. New parts are expensive, being a car dealership. The salesmen are polite if pushy. more

We have been going to Oursiman Honda for years, and have always had a great experience. They have done maintenance as well as repairs when my car was stolen. For the repairs the car was towed to Ourisman and the dealer worked with my insurance to get my car fixed in a timely manner. Highly recommended. more
