I had the pleasure of dealing with Chuck, the office manager, first. He was very personable and had great customer relations skills. I took in my 1986 Mercedes to them for a transmission rebuild and a few other things. I was satisfied by both the price and work. I also had the opportunity to meet the owner, Alex, whom I was very impressed by. He was very knowledgeable and also had great customer skills. While I was there I met a number of their mechanics, who were all great guys. They knew what they were doing. I had a lot of little things done to the car and they had no problems working on it.
