I agree with the 2004 review, inside instruction is OK, but any changes they made were for the worse, outside instructors, can't teach you, they want only people who can already drive a 18 wheeler, if you can't they scream and throw kiddie tantrums, they will grab the stick and slam it into gear if you have trouble double clutching or down shifting(most do) resulting in screwed up equipment you have to work and learn with.They then expect you to know which gear they forced it into.
One instructor will continually harrass you with sarcastic comments, instead of telling you what your doing wrong and how to correct it. I saw 3 or 4 people during my time there, that had these issuse, it was not just me.
Attitudes are terrible, you are paying for service, but do not get it, if they have to TEACH you, they prefer to just run you off,if you can drive a truck and just need to take test your welcome.
who wants to pay for lousy service, you are paying these people for exactly that, not to mention being screamed at,put down,insulted and cussed at.
In addition to that, they will continually change your schedule, to suit them, I was supposed to take test on Dec, 8th, instructor failed to call as he said he would to arrange meeting time, had to wait and put my plans on hold for a month,to reschedule, I had made other plans,starting the day after test and they called to RESCHEDULE AGAIN for a later date, I could not complete course or take test because of this,again president was no help, you pay up front and then they loose interest in you. STEER CLEAR OF SAGE, search for other reviews on various sites,wish I had before paying these people.
