I had to bring my daughter to this appt to get a formal diagnosis so the school system would help us with an IEP. We have insurance and was refered by our pediatrician. I never dreamed that a 1 hour evaluation would cost $707. Our insurance applied to deductable and some was wrote off and now we owe $400. I have called and cancelled the follow up appt. We can not afford to bring her back. The only good that came out of it is now the school system is helping us with our problem.
