Big Sister of the Bride HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! My sister made her appointment to get her wedding nails done weeks in advance. The appointment took multiple phone calls to set up, because the receptionist did not have her appointment book on her. THAT should have been a sign to avoid this place, but the deal was bought with a gift certificate and so she continued to try to get her nails done. Finally the appointment was made for a mani and pedi 2 days before her wedding. TODAY she goes in to get her nails done at the appointed time, and the techinician informs her that they CANNOT DO FRENCH MANICURES during an appointment time! Well that would have been helpful information on booking! My sister left feeling terrible and the techinician and one other were rude. They refused to refund the gift certificate or provide the service that day. I called the owner thinking she would be helpful to my sister and would be appalled at the employees treatment of my sister.... She was the rudest of all and said that if you ""expected a french manicure in a regular appointment time, then you have never been to a REAL salon."" (very sarcastically) So.... the Moral of the story is DON'T EXPECT TO BE PAMPERED HERE!!!!! They will treat you terribly and act like painting a french manicure takes a genius and somehow find that as means to be condescending and ... UNACCOMMODATING!!!!! more

This spa is AWFUL!!!! I was totally ripped off. A spa is supposed to be relaxing and accomodating. Everyone from the front desk to the front office was pretentious and rude. They refused to give the service that I had paid for, and then refused to give my money back!!!!! They didn't even try to make the situtation right, but told me it was my fault! This was two days before my wedding!! I left feeling so poorly treated and jipped. Worst salon experience EVER!! I'm sure there are a plethora of other salons in Greenville that you could go to who actually care about their customers! more

Visiting this spa, I had a true spa experience. The girls that work there were so friendly and made sure my visit was very relaxing. I got a wonderful roman pedicure in a beautiful room that I could sit in all day. My massage was the best that I have ever had. I travel to lots of resorts around North America and none of the massage therapy compares. I highly recommend this spa to everyone I meet. Pros: Everything about this spa is relaxing. more
