Wonderful Service and Great Quality Glasses 11/17/2009

My family has been using Spectrum Optometric for years. I find Dr. Hoang and the staff absolutely wonderful. They always take time to help me and my specific needs. I am very picky about frames and glasses, and they have a wonderful selection. My two children have also had wonderful experiences there and love the doctor. I would highly recommend stopping by. This a great optometry location for anyone seeking personal service and a non corporate or chain feel. The Dr and staff are professional and make you feel comfortable and welcome. The products provided are a good range for all levels and the consultations are honest and aimed to your benefit. great customer service and very detailed 9/19/2009

This place is a gem in the city of Sunnyvale! The staff and Dr are all so nice and very detailed when it comes to their work. I was greeted very nicely and fell in love with my current pair of frame thanks to them! Dr. Vanessa is very sweet and explained everything to me. I really left this place satisfied and happy. PLease be sure to go in and mention their 20% off on designer frames, also free contact lense solution when you schedule a contact lense exam! hurry and go on in. Thanks again Sprectrum staff! They definitely know what they are doing. 4/8/2009

I 'd recommend Dr. Hoang to anyone who needed eye care. The staff in the front is very friendly, talking to the patients about their progress and helping out with glasses and Dr. Hoang is very compassionate and accurate with her work. I've gone to this doctor multiple times for contact fittings, check-ups, etc. and I've never had a problem. Make sure to get your appointment in though, because sometimes appointments take a little longer than others and it begins to get crowded. Overall though, I would recommend this doctor to anyone because of the high quality. Pros: Friendly staff, good hours, quick & easy appointments Cons: The office gets pretty busy sometimes more

Professional Dr. and staff - great frame selection 6/5/2008

Wow! My family and I had a great experience at Spectrum Optometry. The Doctor and staff were all friendly, courteous, and above all else helpful to me and my kids with frame selection and options. Dr. Hoang took the time to explain everything to me (insurance, coatings, etc.) and I could tell that she has a loyal patient base that returns year after year. I highly recommend this place because you can get a personable and professional exam without being treated like a number or dollar sign. DON'T GO...... 4/19/2008

I had my exam in December 2008 and ordered VERY expensive progressive glasses. When they came in they were awful. We went back and forth for months and I finally took the glasses (and never wore them).. I had my 2009 eye exam this weekend and my new eye doctor confirmed what I suspected. The perscription I received from Dr. Hoang was totally out of whack. I do not recommend her business at all, the customer service was horrible and they kept insinuating that the problems were MY fault. Do not order progressive lenses from this practice. Find a better doctor. Cons: Dr continually complained about my insurance coverage and her husband during the exam. more
