The job was done well 10/24/2018

Our terrible 'newish' Kenmore washer wouldn't work because the door latch was broken. Our fault. The service tech came out looked at it. After diagnosing the issue, a part needed to be ordered. I was nervous that he asked for half down before any work was done. We had to wait a couple of days for his return, but the work was done within the week. The tech was very knowledgeable and gave me some helpful advice on washer brands and also other appliances. The price was a little high, but the work was done well. I would call on them again. more
