I love love love this place. One of my favorites. Due to lightrail it can be a challenge getting to the restaurant. Parking was a challenge but so worth it!!

Great atmosphere...Terrible Food!! 7/12/2008

I have been to MANY italian restaurants in the PHX, Chandler, Mesa area and I was terribly disappointed in the food. The staff was wonderful, the trolly car was an awesome touch, the whole "look" was great. Just don't go for the food! We ordered 4 different dished and neither were and good. I had many positive reviews from friends, but being a huge pasta fan, this is NOT the place to go!! more

Fun atmosphere that appeals to all ages 8/31/2005

With a cable car in the middle of the restaurant and good prices, the Old Spaghetti Factory is sure to please both children and adults. A great menu of pastas and salads, the OSF offers something for everybody. Tea/coffee and soup/salad come with every meal along with bread with your choice of dipping sauces which ads even more to the value of OSF. Definitely worth a try and bring the kids! more

Nice, inexpensive pasta place 8/27/2005

I have been going to this place since I was a little kid and I still love it! It is a nice place to go for the family or just a couple. I liked it as a kid because of the cable car in the middle of the store that you could dine in. I like it as an adult because it is inexpensive and every meal comes with tea or coffee, soup or salad, great bread with plain or garlic butter and sherbert or italian ice cream. The pasta is great and you can get it in smaller portions if you are counting calories. more

    Whimsical antiques and decorative items--velvet armchairs, vintage-looking fringed lamps and booths made from iron bedsteads--fill the dining room. The OSF Classics menu offers spaghetti with a choice of mushroom sauce, rich meat sauce, browned butter and feta-like mizithra cheese sauce, and more. Other popular favorites are the baked lasagna--layers of noodles, tomato sauce and four kinds of cheese--and the fettuccine Alfredo. Meals include a green salad, fresh-baked bread and ice cream.
