Two hours to do an oil change! Wow...

Very thorough service 4/1/2014

I've had non Hyundai cars in the past, so never came to this dealership until I bought my Hyundai about 2 years ago. They are VERY different to other dealerships on the island, at least that I've experienced. Very friendly, explain things, look for coupons and deals for you and always complimentary wash your car after service. Love them and definitely recommend! more

No loaner car over four months 3/25/2014

Their service is normally pretty good but somehow I've been waiting for over for months now to make an appointment to fix something that has not been fixed at the first visit. I left three messages within three months and when I visited a couple of weeks ago for something else, I mentioned to them but still no phone call. They said that there is no loaner car available….for over four months…. more

Tony Hyundai Honolulu is a hidden gem of a car dealership, from sales to service. they have answered questions about my car and their staff is courteous and they have a lot of Aloha, served with smiles and respect. who would of thought that we are talking about a car dealership, really. They make you feel welcomed! more

I really appreciate how I am treated. I feel comfortable going there because no one makes me feel inferior because I'm a female like my previous dealership did. They also call me with reminders for service to my car. I'm very busy and don't take the time to do that. more

I bought my 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe from this dealership and from day one I have received excellent service. I have taken my car in for several oil changes and warranty work and the entire staff is very professional and friendly. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and this dealership is the best!
