Yuko, Ronald T, Md - Carolina Entpa

I was so impressed with Dr. Yuko from the beginning. He is very kind,gentle, sympathetic and caring. I especially liked that he took time to carefully answer all my questions and to explain exactly what he was going to do and why. He acted like he had all the time in the world even though I know he is extremely busy and no question was brushed off as unimportant . My sinus surgery was successful and my congestion, breathing and hearing are much improved. I only wish I had known to have this surgery years ago. They also did a good job of straightening my septum. I would recommend Dr. Yuko to anyone! I did have to wait sometimes when I arrived for my appointments but Dr. Yuko was worth waiting for. He has wonderful bedside manner. I've been to many doctors, but he is one of the best! more

I had my deviated septum with Dr Yuko.. decent doctor.. with good knowledge.. unfortunately I still get nasal problems after a surgery he performed... not sure what to make of it.. more

My first visit to Carolina Entpa was 9/24/10. Staff and doctor were very courteous and professional. I was told that I should have an MRI.\r I waited for over a week to hear when the MRI would be scheduled but did not hear from anyone at Carolina Entpa, so I called and asked and they scheduled immediately.\r I went for the MRI on 10/8/10 and waited to hear results from Carolina Entpa. I called the office one more time and left a message with the office manager to call me since it was three weeks after the MRI and I had heard nothing.\r I requested a report directly from Greenville Hospital System and received that in early November. Turns out there are no abnormalities, just a ringing in my ear I must live with. Maybe that's why Carolina Entpa has not bothered to contact me with the results from the October 8th MRI; today is December 1st. more

I needed to see an ENT quickly and was fortunate to get in with Dr. Yuko. He was timely, courteous and thorough. After considering my options I proceeded with surgery with him and so far so good. He even went to a different facility to accommodate my preference of surgery dates which I've never had a doctor do before. I have no complaints-all in all he has been a great doctor. more

After making the first visit and waiting 20 minutes for the business door to open (9AM appointment) I waited over an hour for the good Dr to appear. After a 10 minute exam, I was asked to pay $420. After rescheduling a follow-up visit that took three months to get, I arrived 5 minutes early for the appointment. I waited in reception for 20 minutes and then was escorted to the examination room. After an hour I left the room to see if the doctor was available. He was chatting to a medical sales representative outside the room door. Seeing that I was waiting, the Doctor ignored me and kept on talking. I returned to the room to wait another 20 minutes and finally decided to go to work as I had now spent an hour and 40 minutes waiting. As I walked out, the doctor was still talking to the female representative. I walked out to seek another ENT specialist. I would not recommend this practice. The attitude was rude and demeaning.
