Review content:
I recently had a relation ship with a Kenneth E Klein who was arrested in 2001 for assault with a gun. (Mauldin) Apparently he got drunk and shot up his house and tried to shot a friend. He was arrested. I meet him in 2003 in Kentucky. He told me he was on probation, but not the detail. I later find out from his family that he was not to be drinking. Let me tell you, he drink at least a case of beer daily, and usually a bottle of ""high ten whiskey"". He would sober up for his monthly meeting with officer here in KY. The KY Probation office never made house inspections or follow up with him. He was released in 2007. He is again having severe behavior disorder related to alcohol. What happens when he shoots someone in a drunken rage? He did not deserve probation, but a good stiff time in jail. He is a felone with reduced charges. Why was he allowed to skate the system? Pros: Maybe Cons: They are not tracking their clients very well.
