This is my experience : I Called Dimitria Design Friday morning at 11am for a prom dress for the next day in Boston.
Natalie was beyond incredible. The dress we had ordered online was not going to be arriving on time since it was at the designer store, so Natalie send me photos of potential dresses she had in the store that could make our daughter happy and have it shipped overnight. She was kind, supportive, patient, fun, just purely incredible in every way! They ended up packing the dress and sending it overnight to Boston. My gratitude is infinite for this incredible unfoldment ..... Thank you from the bottom of my heart to make this special day very special for our daughter ??
