Had an wiring malfunction in the house at 8am on a day with immovable appointments. Called Wizard. They returned my call promptly and worked with a quirky schedule of my neighbor to provide access. Called me afterwards. Was able to troubleshoot the problem and solve it. All of this for a first time call-in stranger. I received great treatment and recommend.
