Dr. Vitenas and his staff are amazing. The doctor performed my vaginoplasty in March with great outcomes notable in the first 2wks. My reasons for having the procedure done (other than intimacy and having 3 kids) were due to stress incontinence and the feeling of incomplete emptying of bowel/bladder due to weak pelvic muscles. Within the first 2 weeks I noticed that I didn't have to make as many trips to the bathroom and I felt as though I could fully empty! My menstrual cycles were even affected (more manageable) because the tampons "fit" better. Although I couldn't have been more happier with the results and the Doctor's great care, I did foolishly resume with sexual activity at just 4 wks postop and have experienced a gradual return of laxity and the horrid problems that caused me to seek this surgery. Even though I have healed well, I did not retain my results because I didn't follow the postop instructions, so I urge any and all who read this review, don't make the same mistake I did!!! I did "follow" the instructions during my 5th week of postop, but it was too late by then. The doctor delivered/delivers amazing results with his surgery and if you'll just follow his instructions, I am very sure you'll be extremely satisfied with his work; I only wish I had done so.
