So far I've only gotten an estimate for replacing a rooftop a/c-heating unit from J W Heating & Air, but everything about that process was excellent. Jeff was knowledgeable, professional, easy to deal with...as was whoever I talked to on the phone. So for the estimate process at least--thumbs up!
