For the price, you should be treated like royalty, but that 's not the case. I had an appt scheduled far in advance and when I showed up I was told by the front desk that someone visiting from Atlanta had walked in and, since they wanted to accomodate her, put her in my spot. I waited for a while, got frustrated and asked for my money back. I expected an apology at least and a token gift at best, but got neither. They could - and for these prices, should - do better. Pros: convenient location Cons: price and customer relations more
